Amphibians play a vital role in maintaining the ecological balance of our environment, serving as both predators and prey in various ecosystems. However, many amphibian species are facing significant threats, including habitat destruction, climate change, and disease. In the Mount Cameroon region, local communities can play a crucial role in protecting these species. Our project aims to collaborate with local communities to raise awareness about the importance of amphibian conservation and promote sustainable practices that benefit both humans and wildlife.

Project Objectives:

1. Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities in the Mount Cameroon region to educate them about the ecological importance of amphibians and the threats they face.
2. Awareness Campaigns: Organize workshops, seminars, and outreach programs to raise awareness about amphibian conservation and involve community members in conservation efforts.
3. Sustainable Practices: Promote sustainable land-use practices and habitat protection measures that benefit both local communities and amphibian populations.
4. Capacity Building: Provide training and resources to local community members to enable them to participate in amphibian conservation efforts.
